今週の小学三年生のクラスでは、猪肉パスタをみんなで作ってくれました。
１時間で材料を切って、ソースを作って、パスタを茹でて、味付けして、みんなで食べる。
段取りや時間配分、分量などもちゃんと計算して、とっても美味しく作ることが出来ました。
私や事務所で仕事中の夫の分もちゃんと用意してくれたので、すっかりこの日の我が家の晩ご飯に。
料理をすることはその場にあることの全部を考えて、「美味しく」かたち創ること。

In the third grade class this week, students made boar meat pasta!
In one hour, they cut the ingredients, made the sauce, boiled the pasta, seasoned it, and ate it together.
They were able to make it very tasty with proper calculation of arrangements, time allocation, and portions.
